You must send an email to the residence where you booked and include the reason for cancellation.

What happens if I cancel 45 days before the rental period starts?

The deposit will be returned, but the registration fee will not be returned.

What happens if I cancel between 44 and 30 days before the rental period starts?

The first monthly instalment will be returned, but the registration fee and deposit will not be returned.

What happens if I cancel less than 29 days before the rental period starts?

The registration fee, deposit, and first monthly instalment will not be returned.

Are there any exceptions?

Yes. Andalusia bookings may have a separate cancellation policy.
