Right of Withdrawal 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail) about your decision to withdraw. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory. 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the period has expired. 

Consequences of Withdrawal 

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. 

Special Note on Services Started During the Withdrawal Period 

If you requested that the service (e.g. room provision, move-in, or other services) begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an appropriate amount proportional to what has been provided until the time you inform us of your withdrawal. Your right of withdrawal will expire early if the contract has been fully performed by both parties at your express request.
