International students can pay monthly or fortnightly when they arrive. A 4-week refundable bond and 2 weeks rent are required in advance.

• Cancelling more than 30 days before the agreement's start date

You can cancel a tenancy agreement without penalty with the written notice been provided at least 30 calendar days prior to the agreement's start date.

• Cancelling less than 30 days before the agreement's start date

If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the agreement's start date, you will be charged a break lease fee of a 1-week rent.

• University Offer or Student Visa

Cancellation of the agreement due to failure to secure a University Offer or Student Visa will be without penalty provided notice is given in writing, within 14 days of agreement's start date and supported with written verification confirming decline of the offer and/or visa.

If this is provided less than 14 days prior to the start of the agreement you will be charged a break lease fee of a 1-week rent.
