Payment & Cancellation
Payment Terms
The student must pay the deposit and application fee within 48 hours and provide payment confirmation via email. The booking will only be confirmed once the payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy
A total of $650 must be paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation ($500 deposit + $150 application fee).
Booking is only confirmed once payment is received.
The $150 application fee is non-refundable.
The $500 deposit is refundable only if cancellation is made in writing at least 3 weeks before arrival.
