The center of town, the local train station, the cinema and the schlachte are only minutes walking distance apart. There are many options for public transport within 1-2 minutes walking distance from the building. The University is around 15 minutes away by tram and the University is about 5 minutes away by road. In 5-10 minutes, stores like Edeka, LID, Aldi and Alnatura (organic foods) are all in. There's a Farmer's Market on the Monday-Saturday Marktplatz.
