The apartment is located right next to the "Wallanlagen" park in the middle of town. There are nice ways to jog by the sea. The middle of town, the local train station, the cinema and the Schlachte are only minutes walking distance apart. There are many options for public transit within 1-2 minutes walking distance from the building. The university is around 15 minutes away by tram and the university is about 5 minutes away by road. Within 5-10 minutes, supermarkets like Edeka, cap, Aldi and Natural (organic foods) are all in. There is a farmer's market on the Monday-Saturday Marktplatz.
