The surrounding restaurants are numerous and include The Grilly, which is a 16-minute drive away, B and B - Bricks and BBQ, which is a 23-minute car ride away, and Pirates, which is 20 minutes away by car.

Payment & Cancellation
Payment Terms
Rent and Utilities
Rent must be paid in full according to the agreed schedule without deductions. The total rent amount includes all service charges and utilities. Should a payment be missed, the landlord reserves the right to re-list and re-let the room immediately.
Registration Fee
A registration fee is required at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable if the landlord provides an accommodation offer that the tenant subsequently declines.
Security Deposit
The deposit is collected at booking and held for the duration of the tenancy. The landlord may deduct funds from this deposit to cover unpaid rent, contract breaches, or costs related to:
Damage to the room, property, or common areas (excluding fair wear and tear).
Missing fixtures or inventory.
Professional cleaning services or repairs are required due to tenant negligence.
Outstanding utility or service balances.
The remaining balance will be returned after the tenancy ends, following a written summary of any deductions for damages or penalties.
Cancellation Policy
Pre-Check-In Cancellations
Tenants may cancel a booking within 14 days of confirmation for a full refund of all prepayments and deposits, provided the stay has not yet commenced. However, if the booking is confirmed fewer than 14 days before the lease start date, this grace period does not apply, and the full contract terms take immediate effect.
Post-14-Day Termination
Cancellations made after the initial 14-day window incur specific penalties. For long-term stays (30 days or more), the penalty is equivalent to one month’s rent. For short-term stays (less than 30 days), the penalty is equivalent to seven days’ rent.
No-Show Protocol
A "no-show" occurs if a tenant fails to occupy the premises within seven days of the start date for long-term stays, or three days for short-term stays, without prior notice of delay. In such instances, the contract remains binding, and applicable early termination penalties will be charged.
