All studios include a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, a 120 cm bed, a desk with a chair and a study lamp, a wardrobe, and a dining table with two chairs. Studios come with their own private kitchen, which is equipped with a sink, an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, and cabinets/cupboards for dishes. Twodios are also available with two rooms instead of one in case you want to share a living with a friendThis Bologna student home offers its residents a number of facilities and services. These include all-inclusive bills, Wi-Fi, an on-site management team, CCTV security, and a laundry room. You can exercise at the on-site gym, or relax in the yoga room. Multiple social spaces are available, where you can socialize or hang out with friends, including lounges, communal kitchens, a cinema, and a games room. You can also enjoy the outdoors in the courtyard, or marvel at the view from the sky lounge. Study areas are provided where you can work in a peaceful and quiet environment.Laude Living has a unique city location allowing you to experience as much of Bologna as possible during your stay. The city is known for its cuisine and you can experience that through food tours through the city provided by Delicious Food Tours, which are located a 20-minute ride away. You can also sample the city’s iconic cuisine through the property’s surrounding restaurants. These include Trattoria di Via Serra, which is a 10-minute walk away, Ristorante Bolognese, which is a 16-minute walk away, and Corte dei Ghiottoni, which is 7 minutes away on foot. For a better understanding of the city and its attractions, you can head over to Piazza Maggiore, which is the city’s main square and is lined with numerous Renaissance buildings, cafes, and street performers. It’s located a 20-minute ride away. Piazza Santo Stefano is another nearby square, it’s an open public area with historic places you can visit and cultural events you can attend, and it’s an 18-minute ride away. Bologna’s famous landmarks, the <a href="https://www.bolognawelcome.com/it/esperienze/112542/Le-due-Torri---Prenotazione-salita-alla-Torre-degli-Asinelli" style="">Two Towers</a>, are a 16-minute ride from the property and offer scenic views of the city.&nbsp;

Laude Living

Friendly and helpful staff, well-equipped apartments and nice common facilities. The location was better than expected with a really nice park and bar across the street.

Minus one star for an unbelievable house rule about not being allowed to have one single overnight visitor. The gym could be a lot better as well. But I enjoyed my stay!
