Terrible maintenance, you get faces in the front office when you tell them to do something many times, washer/dryer always broke down in my old unit (I was moved from 1617) , roach and spider issues, and terrible at picking up phone. Worst issue thus far is a mold problem in apartment 1617 that I came back to after returning from the summer. Long story short, it was a vacant unit upstairs that has an active leak that was not reported and mold formed throughout the time I was gone. The office was nice enough to move me to another unit, but they did not offer any help after that. I was given 48 hrs to salvage or throw away my stuff so I got on their case for extensions. Then, i finally settled in after days of nonstop effort with no help from the office. New apartment later, they didn't give me a key for the patio because they didn't have one. Two weeks have past and still no key after countless calls. Not worth the time or money. Realistically, I am still here because I can't afford other places. What can I say we are not all fortunate ?‍♂️ That's why I'm in college to never have this problem ?

Awesome community! This apartment complex is full of friendly people, and it encourages fun socialization at community gatherings. I highly recommend this place. The location and price are all good. I would say the only disadvantage is the slow internet connection. Otherwise, I would say it is an almost perfect community.

I love living here. The staff are super nice and I love the community events and amenities. Whenever I needed maintenance, they were so quick to come and fix any issues we had. The price is also good especially for being fully furnished. The amount of space is also good.
