Brotherton House housing offers two types of rooms; En-suites and Studios. En-suite rooms come in seven styles; Gold En-suite, Gold Plus En-suite, Platinum En-suite, Platinum Plus En-suite, Diamond En-suite, Sapphire En-suite and Sapphire Plus En-suite. All en-suite rooms at Brotherton House come with double beds, workspaces, wardrobes, private bathrooms, and large flat-screen TVs. Students who choose en-suite rooms will share the lounge area, and the kitchen with a fridge/freezer, storage, dishwasher, and breakfast table/bar. Studio rooms are the perfect choice for people who prefer a little more privacy. They offer everything that’s offered in an en-suite room, plus a private self-contained fitted kitchen area.

If booking as a group and reserving a full apartment, gender-separated accommodation can be arranged. However, for individual bookings, gender separation is not guaranteed.
