Page Apartments is a student housing in Sheffield that offers two types of apartments. The first type is the One Bed Apartments. These self-contained flats come with double beds, workspaces and wardrobes. They also come with their private bathrooms and private fully equipped kitchens with living spaces.
The second type of apartments available at the property is the Two Bed Apartments. Perfect for friends who want to stay together. They have two bedrooms with their beds and wardrobes, as well as a shared bathroom and kitchen.
Besides the secured deposit, free contents insurance and the high-speed Wi-fi; Page Apartments houses on-site laundry facilities and printing facilities. It has an on-site staff offering help 24/7, as well as a social calendar filled with events for every month of the year. You will get access to the roof terrace which has amazing views of the city, and you will also be able to use all the facilities of Central Place next door including all common spaces and the yoga and fitness studio.
Page Apartments can be considered the most convenient student housing because of all that surrounds it. Get to know what it was like to live and work in Sheffield during the Industrial Revolution with interactive galleries at Kelham Island Museum. Visit Eye Witness Works, an industrial building founded in 1852 and a Grade II listed building.
Attend live music concerts at O2 Academy, or relax and clear your head at Saint George's Square City Centre Park. Many restaurants are close by for your dinners, such as the Turkish Efes, the Italian Caffe Piazza, and the Thai Lemongrass. If you prefer home-cooked meals, Tesco Express is just a short walk away, get all the groceries you need to make a mouthwatering dinner.
Around 3 bus stops are close to the property. St Philips Road/Hammond Street is just an 8-minute walk away; while West Street/Fitzwilliam Street is 10 minutes away on foot.

A booking is considered complete when there is:

International students can pay monthly, termly or annually for long-term bookings without a UK guarantor.
Bookings made before 1st August:
7-Day Cooling Off Period
If you decide to cancel your accommodation booking within 7 days of accepting your tenancy agreement, you will receive a full refund of your booking fee.
If you secure your accommodation and then cancel it due to the following reasons:
- Failure to receive grades (all academic years)
- Failure to obtain a VISA (all academic years)
- Studying in an alternative City
Official written evidence from the University (and/or UCAS/relevant VISA authorities) must be sent directly to the Property Team within 3 calendar days of the results or decision being published. If sufficient evidence is provided, you will be eligible for release from the tenancy agreement and the full booking fee will be returned.
If none of the above reasons is applicable, you will be required to find a replacement person to take over your tenancy. Any bookings made after 1st August will have a 24hr cooling off period
After Cooling Off Period
Students can cancel after the cooling-off period for the following reasons:
- Failure to receive grades
- Failure to obtain a visa
- Studying in an alternative city
- The pre-sessional English language course required to take up their university place is cancelled
- Government travel restrictions prevent them from travelling to the UK.
- They are enrolled on a face-to-face course, and the University delays the start of the course.
Bookings made on or after 1st August 2020
If you book your accommodation after 1st August 2020, your cooling-off period will reduce to 24 hours only from the point of acceptance. If you cancel your booking within these 24 hours, your full deposit will be returned. Should you wish to cancel after these 24 hours, the previous procedures will apply depending on your circumstances.
We will seek to delay the start of the tenancy for any new residents who were due to arrive in the UK, but cannot check-in because of flight cancellations, visa delays or travel restrictions.
For residents who have already checked in and can’t return to their Student Roost home because of the restrictions in the UK, we’re pleased to offer a discount of up to 6 weeks’ rent. This will largely affect UK domestic students, but may also affect some international students who travelled home for the holidays.
