You are free to leave your iQ accommodation, but you will still be responsible for paying rent until your fixed-term tenancy agreement expires.

What should I bring with me before moving in?

You must bring your bedding, pc or laptop, racks, and basic kitchen utensils.

Where can I keep my bike?

Bike parking is available at most IQ locations; they are free to use; however, before using them, make sure to tag and register the bike with the building's staff.

What bills should I expect as part of my stay?

Your rent is all bills included meaning that your rent covers wifi, water, and electricity. Your rent is also fixed, so there are no sudden changes in the rental price.

Can I park my car at the property?

Car parking is very limited and not available at all locations; make sure to contact staff before bringing over your car.

Is paying in instalments an option?

IQ has instalment plans which are either three or four times during your stay; you can also pay upfront.
