Eko was an amazing property manager during my short stay! He was responsive, professional, and made everything smooth and stress-free. Eko is great! He’s super responsive even during his off hours. Our fire alarm was faulty from the rain at 1AM and we were able to call him.

Before I checked in, the staff of the property explained the detailed check-in process to me and helped me with the whole process of self-check-in. I have a good life here. The property manager Eko was very warm and helped me a lot. He not only answered many of my questions in a timely manner, but also showed me the situation around the house and the subway line to the school.

I have been in my unit for a little over a month at this point and it’s been a very smooth experience. Eko, the property manager, is really kind and helpful. If I have any requests or questions he always responds promptly.

The living experience in 3RL of 138 E37 St, NY was very good, the house is big and comfortable. Eko, the janitor, was very helpful and solved all my problems in time. The housekeeping aunt cleans the rooms very well every month. There were never any strange people in the building and it was very safe. Great place to stay! （Serena）
