I lived in a 2Bed 1Bath here for a summer and it was a great experience!! Awesome price, fantastic service, and the cleaning / pest control services are great. Everyone is super responsive and helpful, highly recommend.

Yana was an absolutely wonderful landlord! Sweet, thoughtful, attentive, she would literally respond to any minor problem I had with an open smile. A gem!

This apartment made my life a lot easier during my summer internship-- I rented it out for a short term lease of 3 months. It's a fully furnished apartment with utilities and other consumables (toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, detergent) included, monthly cleaning service, free washers/dryers, pretty soundproof walls, and landlords that responded within minutes.
