Payment
Option 1- We offer a discounted rate for paying the full rental upfront without a guarantor.
Option 2 - Surcharge starting $300 per month applies and the entire contract is split into 2 installments without a guarantor. The first payment is due upon signing and it would be the rent for the first half of the payment + security deposit. The second payment for the remaining payment.
Option 3 - Surcharge starting $500 per month applies. With this option, the first payment required at signing will be the first month's rental and the last month's rental + security deposit. Subsequently, rent will be due on the 1st of each month via ACH deduction from an authorized bank account. For this option, tenants would also need to procure 3rd party insurance at their own cost (for example: https://www.insurent.com/) and clear the necessary credit checks carried out by the Management.
Cancellation Policy
All of bookings are non refundable, non cancellable and non amendable under any circumstances.
