Early in the last century, Preston had a strong manufacturing base. This included the founding of The Electric Railway and Tramway Carriage Works Ltd in 1898. It is said that Preston once had the largest tram factory in the UK.
Kopa is a student housing in Preston that offers en-suite rooms which come in four styles; Bronze, Bronze Plus, Gold and Platinum. These rooms come with comfy beds, workspaces, wardrobes, ample storage and private bathrooms. Residents share the kitchen and the living area.
The property also offers self-contained Silver Studios that come with private kitchens fitted with ovens, fridges and microwaves. In addition to everything else found in en-suite rooms.
Kopa offers free contents insurance, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all-inclusive rent. It has bike storage, a gym, laundry facilities, quiet study spaces and a convenience store. All of them are on-site. It also offers free parcel collection and has a gated courtyard where you can spend the sunny days at. The property offers free dual occupancy on select rooms.
It's easy to reach Preston city centre from Kopa, with many of its shops, cafes and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Release your inner child at Fusion Trampoline Parks, be the bowling master at Red Rose Bowl, or just relax and free your mind at Avenham and Miller Park. When you feel hungry, go to Jaffa for Mediterranean food, or Angelo's for the best pizzas and Italian dishes. French food lovers will love Bistrot Pierre, as it’s a must try experience.
*This purpose-built student accommodation is covered by the Tenant Fees Act. The booking fee is £75 and there is no deposit required.

A booking is considered complete when there is:
Signed Tenancy Agreement
Payment of deposit, full rent/ first rent installment
Accepted Guarantor Agreement, if applicable

Choose Your Room
An en-suite room with a small double bed, workspace, mirror, wardrobe, and ample storage. The kitchen and living area are shared. The kitchen comes with an oven, fridge, and a microwave.
* Note: Final rent price and availability are subject to change and to be confirmed upon completing your booking.
International students can pay in 4 instalments for long-term bookings without a UK guarantor.
- Deposit: goes towards the first installment once the booking is confirmed - If you cancelled the booking within 7 days of payment and completing booking, the deposit will be refunded.
If you have entered into the Tenancy Agreement and you wish to cancel your booking, you will remain liable for the contractual obligations set out in the Tenancy Agreement and you may not cancel the booking unless you can provide proof that you fit any of the following criteria:
you notify us of your intention to cancel your booking prior to 1 August or, if your Tenancy Start Date (as defined in your Tenancy Agreement) is in any month other than September, 28 days before your Tenancy Start Date.
you notify us of your intention to cancel within 7 days of payment of your Booking Fee (if you have paid a Booking Fee) and you have not collected your keys.
Your UK Visa application has been denied.
You have failed to obtain the required qualifications to get into your first University of choice.
Where proof is provided in accordance with these terms and conditions and to our reasonable satisfaction, you will be entitled to cancel the booking and you will not be liable for the contractual obligations laid out in the Tenancy Agreement from the date of cancellation.
All cancellation notifications must be requested directly from the student by an email.
