Cancellation Policy

Residents are not allowed to cancel their leases. If they need to get out of their lease contract for any reason, they must find a qualified re-leaser who must apply and sign over the same legally binding documents that the original tenant signed. This is different than subleasing, there is a fee associated with it, and nothing is final and the original resident is not released of the legal and financial obligations of the housing contract that they signed until the new resident has signed and qualified their lease and paid their first installment.
