After host approval, the first month’s rent is charged to the guest to confirm the booking.

Alternative Payment Option (If Allowed by Host)
Some hosts may allow guests to pay a down payment to secure the space. In such cases:

• A down payment is required to secure the space.

You may terminate the Residents Terms even before moving in, and termination takes effect immediately once notice is delivered.

• Flexible: 100% refund if canceled ≥7 days before move-in

• Moderate: 100% refund if canceled ≥14 days before move-in

• Standard: 50% refund if canceled ≥30 days before move-in

• Firm: 50% refund if canceled ≥14 days before move-in

• Strict: 50% refund if canceled ≥30 days before move-in
