i’ve lived here for a year. most unprofessional, poorly run, and poorly managed apartment complex i’ve ever seen. they walk into my place whenever they feel like it no emails before which is LEGALLY REQUIRED!!!!!!!! they would lock my dog in my room when i was at work and MY DOG IS AFRAID OF MEN BECAUSE HE WAS ABUSED you cannot go in there and touch my dog without me being there. he started running away from the door WHEN HIS OWN MOM WOULD WALK IN because he thought it was the maintenance men. I WAITED FOR A WHOLE YEAR FOR A NEW COUCH WHEN MY ROOMATE AND I PUT SEVERAL WORK ORDERS IN!! i moved into the place with the couch cushions completely torn up from a cat that used to live there?!!!!!!!! a whole year?? only good thing about here is one person and that’s david one of the maintenance workers

This is my second year at the Outpost and I am still very happy to be here. Firstly, the staff is absolutely AMAZING. They are the sweetest people who go above and beyond to make sure that their residents are happy and comfortable. Maintenance is super fast and nice as well. The amenities are slightly lacking as the gym is very small and not super functional. However, the resort-style pool and the clubhouse are very good. The units themselves are good. They are a bit small, but honestly a good size. The only thing I would really change about my unit would just be expanding the kitchen. As always, being the first stop on the bus route is always a HUGE plus. In conclusion, I love living at The Outpost. It's great for the price (I pay about $630 after utilities for a 4x4) and in an excellent location.

Great experience living here!! The move in and out was easy. And they always do fun giveaways to get people involved. Absolutely recommend it.

This is honestly just a horrible apt complex to live at. The rooms are small, and theres bugs everywhere. When you move in here make sure to take pictures of EVERYTHING including inside your toilet because they try to make money off you in any way they can. They also tried to charge me $200 to "replace a carpet" when in reality they only cleaned the carpet which cost $35. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance team. Literally any other apt complex is better
