You will remain liable for rent until the room is re-rented.</li><li dir="ltr">If you want to leave after the start date, you can find a replacement resident. You'll be released from the agreement after their move-in, get your deposit back, post deduction for a room preparation fee.</li><li dir="ltr">If you can't find a replacement, your deposit remains held and you shall be liable for rent until the end of your booking.</li></ul>All wishes to cancel must be communicated in writing to the appropriate parties.
