Credit/debit cards and ACH transfers. First month and deposit: either method. From the second month, ACH is requested as the default; a card is still allowed with a 4% fee.

Yes, for a small monthly fee: 2 payments (+7%) or 4 payments (+14%).

Cancellation Policy

Are bookings refundable if I cancel?
All bookings are non-refundable unless stated otherwise via an OTA booking. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

Can I recover cancellation costs through insurance?
Depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim cancellation charges from your travel insurance company if you have taken out travel insurance. You are strongly recommended to purchase adequate travel insurance.

What happens if I shorten or cut short my stay?
Any curtailment of your stay will be treated as a cancellation.

Can the accommodation provider cancel my booking?
In exceptional circumstances, the accommodation provider may cancel your booking. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to offer a suitable alternative within the property portfolio.

What happens if no alternative accommodation is available?
If no alternative accommodation can be offered, a full refund will be provided for the dates that cannot be accommodated.
