Payment Terms

Can I end my lease early? Yes, early termination may be permitted. If you cancel your booking before your move-in date, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps cover the costs associated with securing a replacement tenant, including marketing and administrative expenses.Is the cancellation fee negotiable?
