Industrial loft apartment located in the middle of barcelona but on the 2nd floor, on a quiet street without traffic. The flat is fully furnished and features a double bed and a large sofa chaisselong which transforms into a double bed and a 4 chairs table. The bathroom has a big double headed tub. The kitchen is fitted with a ceramic hob with 2 stoves, microwave oven, large fridge, extractor, toaster, kettle and nespresso machine. We also provide bowls, plates, cutlery and other cooking utensils such as pots, pans, scissors, cutting boards etc. and even a hair dryer and towels! Cold and hot air conditioning is installed. The wifi is a 300 mb optic fibre. Located in the same house, residents have access to a laundry facility. There are three washing machines, a dryer, three ironing boards and three ironers. There is a terrace to hang the clothes up in front of the laudry place. We give a weekly cleaner for 100.
