What happens to the booking fee if a student cancels?&nbsp;The booking fee is strictly non-refundable when the cancellation is initiated by the student. Is the booking fee refunded if the host cancels the reservation?&nbsp;Yes, the booking fee is refundable if the host is the party responsible for the cancellation. Can the 25% deposit be recovered?&nbsp;The 25% deposit is refundable as long as the cancellation notice is provided at least seven days before the scheduled arrival date.
