PAYMENT TERMS :
FDP : Full payment needs to be made on the date of the booking.
1 Installment : Rs. 25,000/- plus 50% of the total Amount to be paid at the time of booking and PDC dated no later than 15th September 2022 to reach within 1 week of booking.
2 Installments : Rs. 25,000/- plus 1/3rd of the total Amount to be paid at the time of booking and 2 PDCs dated no later than 15th September 2022 and 15th November 2022 each of 1/3rd of the Total Amount to reach within 1 week of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Rs 10,000 will be deducted from the Security Deposit for the wear and tear of the property and Rs 15,000 will be a refundable amount.
If you cancel within 7 days from date of booking/1st payment then a cancellation & admin charge of Rs. 25,000/- would be deducted and the balance amount would be refunded post 90 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays). However, if you cancel the booking from 8th day onward the entire amount would be forfeited and you would not be eligible for any refunds.
There is no entitlement to a reduction or refund of rent at any time even when the room booked by the Resident is unoccupied due to any reason post check-in. After checking in, only full payment is accepted and the refund policy will include zero refund of the full payment. If full payment is not made then the resident is not eligible for the refund of the security deposit as well.
