Conveniently situated in the city's completely central and historic place, between the duomo and the san lorenzo axis. The neighborhood is bustling with plenty of cafes, pubs, hotels, galleries, and bookstores. From the kitchen balcony enjoy views of the duomo, san lorenzo, santeustorgio and the velasca hill. We engaged in a complete refurbishment and restyling of the house. There are five private rooms: four, one double, two baths, a kitchen, a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher. They had shared kitchen appliances. The building is open all day with an elevator and concierge. Monthly fees due in respect of electricity are rent plus eur 80. A one-shot admin fee equivalent to 1 month's rent plus vat is due to block the room. Upon check-in, a refundable security deposit of 3 months is required to cover losses to the property
