Cancellation Policy
The specific cancellation policy for any listing is determined by the individual landlord. While the platform's one-time service fee is non-refundable, the following tiered refund structure applies strictly to the first month’s rent payment.
Regarding holding deposits, the accommodation provider maintains final authority over refund disbursements; the platform remains non-liable for these specific funds. All cancellation requests must be submitted through official support channels.

60+ Days Prior to Contract Start: Full Refund.
30-59 Days Prior to Contract Start: 50% Refund.
Under 30 Days Prior to Contract Start: No Refund.
