About single bedroom in student residence
We are a large student residence with over 15 YEARS of operation in Paris. Fully fitted desks with different beds etc. We are close to many central Paris universities and are only 20 minutes by train away. RER C train and subway 4 minutes walk to station. The buildings are located in a secured gated residence. Join visitors from around the world. Big BBQ area with lawn. Six sinks and 6 toilets are used for cooking and washing. Cleaning lady comes every day to sweep all public areas monday to friday. Big living room with tv. Both rooms and washing machines have free fibre optics. Heating center. Each resident is given a cupboard and refrigerator space The neighborhood has plenty of green spaces and lakes. Shops, markets, cafes, within walking distance of everything. We have a fantastic bunch of friendly, and good international students. PLEASE NOTE A deposit is also required if the booking is longer than 2 months!
