Refunds may take up to 60 days due to their processing time.
The scheme refunds you directly, not the landlord.
A repayment ID (provided by the scheme) is required.
The landlord cannot influence the processing time.
After 7 Days
You remain liable for weekly rent for each and every week or part week until the room is re-let.
You are released only once the room is re-let and upon payment of a £50 contract variation fee.
The £50 fee is recovered from your deposit (part or all).
If your deposit is less than £50, only the amount paid is retained.
