Studios have the addition of a private kitchen and a TV, while En-Suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen and a communal TV. Book online until the 31st of July, without seeing the accommodation first, and we run a 72-hour 'cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel your booking within 72 hours of paying your booking fee.Bookings made from the 1st of August for the forthcoming academic year have a 24-hour 'cooling-off period.In Case of Cancellation- &nbsp;The STudent must login to their student portal, complete their to do list and populate bank details. As the refund is only deposited back through a bank transfer not credited to the card. - &nbsp;The student MUST email the property directly to request the cancellation in writing.

About 10 bus stations surround the property. Moorhead Eyre Street (Stop ES1) is a minute away on foot. Moorhead (Stop MH4) is a 6-minute walk away.

The Gate

Lovely accommodation! They have nice facilities like the gym and study room as well as great events that run weekly. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. The rooms look exactly like the pictures online with big comfy 3/4 beds (I suggest getting a mattress topper to make them extra comfy).

Nice place, they give away loads of free stuff which is fun, great receptionists and nice flat, bit smaller than the pictures look though.

Friendly staff, great facilities, but there's no oven in the studio, only a microwave oven which only functions as a microwave

I booked the gold room and was a bit disappointed to find out they were giving me a disabled room as it the bathroom isnt as nice and lacks the storage, but once i actually moved in it was fine. the accomodation is always clean and staff are friendly and help with issues
