Payment Terms
At lease signing, the following payments are required with the lease:
- Move-in Fee
- First 4 weeks’ rent
- Last 4 weeks’ rent
Before Start Date
- A refundable security deposit equal to 4 weeks’ rent must be paid no later than 1 week prior to the start date.
After Start Date
- Rent is due every 4 weeks.
- The first ongoing rent payment is due 4 weeks after the start date.
- Payments continue on this 4-week schedule until the reservation has been paid in full.

Cancellation Policy
1. Pre-Start Date
- The Move-in Fee is non-refundable.
- The first 4 weeks of rent are non-refundable.
- If less than 60 days’ notice is given, the last 4 weeks of rent are also non-refundable.
2. From the Start Date Onwards
- From the lease start date, residents are responsible for the Total Rent as listed in the top section of the lease.
