What payment methods are accepted?

Only credit/debit cards are accepted. Cash is not accepted. Cheques require prior management approval. For non “pay now” bookings, payment may be taken during online check-in or on arrival.

Can guests pay in another currency?

Yes. Guests may choose a different payment currency.

Important conditions:

• Prices are set in the property’s local currency.
• FX rates and any markup are shown before payment.
• Final converted amounts use the FX rate valid at payment time.
• Guests may switch back to the local currency before paying.

How do “Pay Later” bookings work?

Currency amounts shown at booking are estimates only. Final charges may change due to FX fluctuations and are calculated using the rate valid on the payment date.

Are booking confirmation amounts final?

No. Currency amounts shown before full payment are indicative only and may change based on the FX rate at payment time.

Are security checks required on arrival?

Guests who booked through third parties and prepaid may need to pre-authorise a card and show valid ID on arrival.

How are refunds handled?

Refunds are issued in the original payment currency and amount. The accommodation provider is not responsible for FX differences or bank/card charges.

Who pays bank or FX fees?

Guests are responsible for any bank, card issuer, or FX-related charges outside the accommodation provider’s control.

How do I cancel?

Cancellations must be made online or by email according to the cancellation terms in the booking confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent once processed.

What if I booked a flexible or semi-flexible rate?

You may cancel within the allowed cancellation period. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually take 3–10 working days, depending on the bank.

What if I booked a non-refundable rate?

No refunds are given for cancellations under non-refundable rates.

Are cancellation charges enforceable?

Yes. Charges are treated as a fair estimate of loss caused by cancellation. Customers are advised to have travel and personal insurance.

What if I don’t arrive or cancel late (no-show)?

• Fully flexible rate: charged for the first night only
• Semi-flexible or non-refundable rate: full booking amount is charged and not refundable
