Riverside Quay is a&nbsp;<a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/uk/stirling" style="text-align: initial;" target="_blank">student housing in Stirling</a>&nbsp;providing students with accommodation near their respective universities. You can choose between two to three-bedroom apartments, or a studio if you prefer private living. Rooms vary in size based on their type: Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc. Each room in an apartment has an en-suite shower room, a small double bed, loads of storage, and a workspace. Apartment residents share a kitchen and a living space equipped with a TV, while Studios have the same contents as en-suite rooms with an additional private mini-kitchen.This Stirling student home has a range of amenities to offer its residents. These include Wi-Fi, all-inclusive bills, and CCTV. There are on-site residents and security teams, as well as cycle storage, on-site laundry, and an on-site vending machine. The property holds residents’ events where you can meet new people and socialize. A number of social spaces are also provided, including a games area, a cinema room, a lounge, and a communal kitchen. You can catch a glimpse of the city’s history at Argyll’s Lodging, which is a 17th century townhouse located a 15-minute walk from the property. Other historic landmarks include the Stirling Old Town Jail, which offers tours around this historic prison and has a tower overlooking the city and the countryside. This attraction is located 14 minutes away on foot. A 16-minute walk takes you to the city’s main landmark, Stirling Castle, which is a 12th century building and former renaissance royal palace with a museum showcasing its history. The property’s surrounding restaurants include Flip N Shake, which is a 5-minute walk away, Brea, which is a 7-minute walk from the property, and American Diner, Monterey Jack’s, which is 8 minutes away on foot. Book online until the 31st of July, without seeing the accommodation first, and we run a 72-hour 'cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel your booking within 72 hours of paying your booking fee.Bookings made from the 1st of August for the forthcoming academic year have a 24-hour 'cooling-off period.In Case of Cancellation- &nbsp;The STudent must login to their student portal, complete their to do list and populate bank details. As the refund is only deposited back through a bank transfer not credited to the card. - &nbsp;The student MUST email the property directly to request the cancellation in writing.

Riverside Quay is the perfect student accommodation! With amazing facilities, spacious modern rooms and super friendly on site staff its really great for taking the next step into independent living. There's social spaces and events hosted to make friends and meet new people (and some very well stocked vending machines!) I can't recommend it enough if you're looking for a place to make home!

Riverside Quay is an amazing place to spend your time during the semesters. Staff are supportive and always up for a chat. Rooms are of a high standard and homely, not only that but the cinema room and social space are great places to spend time with friends, the study spaces give you a place to get your head down with no distractions. I would encourage anyone to book a room at Riverside!

Moved into Riverside in September 2020 as a first year university student. I have no complaints whatsoever about Riverside. Throughout the covid pandemic I stayed as a resident, and although I couldn't go out and have a normal student freshers, the staff were exceptional, kept their eye on me, always looked out for me and were in constant contact to make sure I was alright. They are always hosting quizzes and competitions, as well as celebrating things like Chinese New Year, Pancake Day, Valentines Day, and handing out freebies and posting little surprises through the door. Could not rate them enough!! I would say its the best place to stay as a young woman new to the city.

As for the room itself, I live in a studio and although its compact I absolutely love it. The room was given to me spotless, its easy to keep clean, the bathroom has a double shower which is great. Its much better than on site university accommodation. Also in the building is a gym and a couple study spaces as well as the social space. The best part is the cinema room, which is so cosy.

In my opinion, the best part of Riverside is the sense of community. There  is a real good group of people that stay here. And as for the staff, including the maintenance and cleaner,  they are always so friendly, know us by name, are interested in us and care about us. Tremendous team run by great management under Steph. Thanks for giving me such a great year!

Excellent study accommodation with wonderful staff and great facilities! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing you with a wonderful space to call your own. The staff are some of the loveliest people I have ever met. Even with Covid-19, this accommodation has been nothing but welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
