LV has recently announced exciting news for students attending Georgia Tech; it has successfully delivered its newest PBSA accommodation project on campus project in Atlanta. Students are expected to move into this new project by the 11th of August. This new PBSA is only a three-minute walk from the Georgia Tech campus and is located by the lively Tech Square, renowned for its bustling life full of cafes, restaurants, shops, and more. Other nearby must-visit places include the Ponce City Market, the Bobby Dodd Stadium, and the Piedmont Park, among other fantastic places.

About LV’s Georgia Tech PBSA

This new Georgia Tech housing/PBSA will offer a total area of 277,457 sqft and will feature 565 beds as part of its 168 residential units; the offered room types consist of studios and five-bedroom flats with five bathrooms. The building features a vintage-styled lobby and many plants, carefully selected stylish furniture, a study area, a fitness area, and a roof deck with an infinity pool.

The building also features Daydreamer coffee which offers amazing artisanal coffee and quick bites. LV’s Georgia Tech PBSA has more of a boutique hotel style rather than your typical student accommodation style. Train stations and vintage cafes also inspire the building’s design; this is why it features vintage-inspired interiors, brass and metal elements, and hand-picked light fixtures similar to the ones in the train stations. The property also features great window views for all of its residents.

Residents staying at the property will pay per bed rather than share the room cost with residents; this makes them only liable for their share of the student accommodation rather than incur extra costs from their roommates.

Since LV’s Georgia Tech mainly caters to Georgia Tech students, it offers various study facilities, which include conference rooms, private study spaces, and a podcast room; this is, in fact, the largest study area that LV has ever included in its PBSA projects. The building also caters to students with pets and has a dog spa. For athletic residents, the building’s fitness centre offers weightlifting and cardio equipment, a sauna, a spin studio, and a yoga area.
