What happens if I cancel my booking?
If you cancel:

  • less than 30 days before check-in, or

  • after check-in has already occurred,

You will be charged for the first 90 nights of the booking.


What happens if I want to shorten my stay?
If you want to reduce the length of your stay:

  • Notify the reservations team as soon as possible;

  • Your booking terms will be reviewed to determine whether changes can be made; and

  • Shortening a confirmed stay may still be subject to the property’s cancellation policy.

What should I do if I need to check out earlier than planned?
You may check out earlier if required. However:

  • early departure remains subject to the cancellation terms stated in your original booking confirmation;

  • You must provide your updated departure date, and

  • The reservations team will confirm the applicable terms, advise whether any refund may be available, and explain the next steps.

Can I move to another apartment during my stay?
If you would like to move to another apartment:

  • Contact the reservations team;

  • Your request can be discussed;

  • any applicable cancellation policy will be confirmed; and

  • Available alternative apartment options will be reviewed.
