Payment Terms

Can I cancel my booking? Yes, but any cancellation request must be made in writing. Verbal cancellation requests are not accepted and have no effect. When is my cancellation considered valid? A cancellation is only valid once written cancellation consent has been received from an authorised member of the accommodation team. Sending a written request alone does not cancel the booking. What should I consider before making a booking? What happens after I sign the tenancy agreement? Once the tenancy agreement is signed, you become contractually bound by its terms. Can I be released from my tenancy after signing? Release from the tenancy is only possible after finding a suitable replacement tenant who agrees to take on full rent liability under the tenancy.
