What must I submit to complete the application process? To allow the application process to be completed, you must complete and submit all required documents together within 15 days, including the following:<ul style=""><li dir="ltr">Completed Application Form</li><li dir="ltr">Completed Tenancy Agreement</li><li dir="ltr">Tenancy Deposit of £250</li><li dir="ltr">Guarantor forms (where applicable)</li><li dir="ltr">Direct Debit forms (where applicable)</li></ul>Documents may be uploaded through the online portal. What happens after the 15-day period? Once the 15-day period has elapsed, you become legally bound by the tenancy agreement and are required to pay the rent for the full tenancy period. What are the requirements for a guarantor? If you cannot provide a qualifying UK guarantor, you may choose either to:<ul style=""><li dir="ltr">Pay the entire contract rent in advance, or</li><li dir="ltr">Use an external rent guarantor service. </li></ul>Are there any additional charges for card payments? No. There is no additional charge for card payments.

Payment Terms

Can I cancel my booking? Yes, but any cancellation request must be made in writing. Verbal cancellation requests are not accepted and have no effect. When is my cancellation considered valid? A cancellation is only valid once written cancellation consent has been received from an authorised member of the accommodation team. Sending a written request alone does not cancel the booking. What should I consider before making a booking? If your ability to attend university depends on factors such as the following:<ul style=""><li dir="ltr">examination results,</li><li dir="ltr">receiving a visa, or</li><li dir="ltr">any other condition linked to attending university,</li></ul>You are advised not to make a booking until those conditions are confirmed. What happens after I sign the tenancy agreement? Once the tenancy agreement is signed, you become contractually bound by its terms. Can I be released from my tenancy after signing? Release from the tenancy is only possible after finding a suitable replacement tenant who agrees to take on full rent liability under the tenancy.
