It is also a &nbsp;short walking distance away from Chipotle Mexican Grill.&nbsp;It comes with unlimited wireless, 24/7 fitness centre, resort-style pool, tanning bed, 2 fenced pet areas, on-site parking, double basketball court, training area and a clubhouse. All apartments come with a dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, wood flooring, private balcony, and a privacy fence. Accessible rooms are available.&nbsp;Dual occupancy is available for $300 per month. There is a non-refundable application fee of $40. This residence is pet-friendly with maximum 2 pets per unit and a non-refundable $250 pet deposit.*The rates listed are for unfurnished units. Adding furniture will increase the rates: (1 bedroom is $70 per month) &nbsp;(2 bedrooms are 40 each bed per month) (3 bedrooms are 40 each bed per month).

It’s obvious that the staff cares about us as tenants. They’re very helpful & are always providing. The pool is always clean, grass cut, & the overall cleanliness of the area is great.

Staff is nice, and easy to talk to, I never have issues getting in contact or asking questions!
Amenities are clean and well maintained

The staff here is absolutely A+
I have never lived in a complex where responses from the staff are so quick to get any issues resolved! Of course with anywhere some things can take time and have some back and forth, but they’re willing to work with you and get things sorted!

Lived here for about 4-5 years now. It's a very close walk to the university. Love the amenities for my dog.

Edit: The staff have been very accommodating to me while I've had covid-19!

I enjoy living at Logan Square! The staff are so friendly and caring. They love my pup Honey and are so sweet to her!! My favorite place in Auburn to live!

I live in a three-person suite. The rooms are all well kept-up and everything was clean and swept at move-in. The office staff are all helpful and friendly, and the facilities (pool, gym) are both in great condition. There were a couple maintenance issues, but they were resolved within two weeks. If you're looking for somewhere in a good location that's decently up-to-date and well priced, this is a great pick.
