About UniLodge at Curtin - Twin Dolphin Hall

Twin Dolphin Hill is a student housing in Perth that offers studios and apartments. All apartments feature a king bed, a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, a wardrobe, a study desk and chair, a bathroom, and storage space.
The building offers various facilities and services. The facilities include Wi-Fi, multilingual staff, vending machines, 24/7 security, coin-operated laundry, wheelchair access, an exercise gym, a music room, a BBQ and picnic area, and reception. The property is located on Beazley Ave and University Bvd, only a 14-minute drive from the centre of the city. It is surrounded by many exciting and lively locations, including eatery spots, entertainment venues, and other places of interest. If you’re into Asian cuisine, there’s no better place to go than Mikasa. It is a nearby restaurant offering Asian fusion in a bright space. If you’re craving a mouth-watering taco, Zambrero eatery is a few minutes away from the building and it offers Mexican fare, including tacos and burritos in a warm atmosphere. If you like to have a taste of Middle Eastern food, George's Kebabs is close by and it serves delicious Kebabs in a simple setting.
When you need to do some grocery shopping, Coles supermarket is just around the corner and it has a plethora of products at great prices to cater to your needs. After a busy day on campus, we recommend you go for a casual evening stroll at Sill Park where you can enjoy the serenity and the greenery. Over the weekend, you may enjoy a night out with your friends and watch the latest box office movies at the HOYTS Carouse movie theatre. You may also choose to go on a shopping spree at Waterford Plaza where you’ll find lots of shops and stores. Another thing you can do during the weekend is visit the Old Mill where you can go on a tour and buy souvenirs.
Location
The University of Western Australia is a 17-minute bus ride away, and Curtin University is a four-minute walk from the building. Curtin Central bus station is a six-minute walk and Hayman Rd Before Brodie-Hall Dr bus station is also six minutes away. Carlisle train station is nine minutes away.

Cancellation Policy
No Visa No Pay Policy
Prior to the leasing agreement
If you were not successful in receiving a visa to study in Australia before the commencement of your lease start date, send a written email requesting cancellation. The email must be submitted to the property at which your booking is held within 24 hours of you receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the email from the Department of Home Affairs advising your refusal notice to study in Australia. You will then be formally advised that your lease agreement will then be cancelled without penalty.
After the Leasing agreement
If you are cancelling after the commencement of your lease date due to not receiving a visa to study in Australia, we ask that you complete the following actions. Send a written email notification that you wish to terminate your lease. It must be submitted to the property at which your booking is held within 24 hours of you receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the email from the Department of Home Affairs advising your refusal notice to study in Australia. The Property Manager will consider your request for the breaking of your lease and advise whether your request has been accepted.
The no visa, no pay policy only applies for the following UniLodge Properties: UniLodge @ Metro Adelaide, UniLodge South Bank, UniLodge Royal Melbourne, UniLodge Victoria University and UniLodge @ RMIT Bundoora - Walert House.
