Polo Universitário residence in Porto is located on the Asprela University campus, 100 meters from the metro station Polo Universitário, with a direct connection to the historic city centre. A five-minute walk to Fernando Pessoa Faculty, U. Porto Engineering Faculty (FEUP), U. Porto Economics Faculty (FEP), and many others. The building contains about 420 rooms with ensuite bathrooms. You can choose from a studio to a shared apartment, and all expenses are included (water, electricity, high-speed wifi). The communal areas have a gym, outside swimming pool, karaoke room, multimedia room, social kitchens, and study rooms.

When you need to do some grocery shopping, Minipreço supermarket is just around the corner, and it offers a plethora of products at discounted prices to cater to your needs. Before you set off for your busy day on campus, we recommend you go for a refreshing morning walk at Parque Central da Asprela where you can enjoy the greenery and the lovely scenery. Over the weekend, you may enjoy a night out with your friends and watch the latest box office movies at Cinemas NOS Alameda. You may also choose to go on a shopping spree at Alameda Shop and Spot shopping centre where you’ll find lots of shops, stores, and boutiques. If you’re a bookworm, then you’ll definitely enjoy visiting the Livraria Lello bookstore. This antique bookstore is lavishly designed with an art nouveau facade and a meandering wooden staircase.
