About Westwood Student Mews
Coventry is a city in the West Midlands, England, located on the Shelbourne River. Coventry has been a big settlement for ages, despite the fact that it was not founded and given the city title until the Middle Ages. Its origins can be traced back to the Romans.
Homes For Students Westwood Student Mews is a student housing in Coventry that offers Ensuites. They come in four styles: Gold Ensuite, Silver Ensuite, Silver Ensuite Plus, and Bronze Ensuite. All room types feature a comfortable ¾-sized bed, ample storage, a desk and a chair, a shared kitchenette, and an ensuite bathroom.
The property offers a variety of facilities and services. The facilities include Wi-Fi, CCTV, a cinema room, parking, a roof terrace, a common room with a communal TV, an outdoor area, and disabled access. Other services include a gym, on-site maintenance, a vending machine, a fob entry system, a cleaner, recycling, a games room, central heating, post collection and a laundry room. The building has a perfect location on Marler Road because it’s only an 11-minute drive from the centre of the city. To make it even better, it’s surrounded by many exciting locations and entertainment venues. You’ll also find many nice eateries around. If you’re craving some delicious noodles, we suggest you check out Oodles N’Oodles Coventry just a few minutes away from the building. It serves noodles plus steaks, chicken, and drinks in a cosy atmosphere. Another great nearby eatery is Arco Restaurant. It is an easy-going locale for Italian cuisine dishes which include pizza, pasta, seafood, and grilled meat. If you wish to eat some tasty barbeque, Hickory's - Burton Green is the place to go. It offers mouth-watering barbeque dishes and an international menu in a vibrant setting. If you wish to do some grocery shopping, Tesco Superstore is just around the corner and it has plenty of products at great deals to cater to your needs. After a long day on campus, we suggest you go for a refreshing evening stroll at the nearby public park. IT has spacious green fields, walking trails, and playgrounds. During the weekend, there are plenty of things you can do. As a starter, you may go on a night out with your friends and watch the latest blockbuster movies at the ODEON Coventry movie theatre. You may also go about exploring the aesthetics and the history of the city and pay a visit to Herbert Art Gallery and Museum. You may choose to go on a shopping spree at Cannon Park Shopping Centre which offers a variety of shops and stores.

Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my booking?
If you accept an offer of accommodation online or by signing a Tenancy Agreement, and then decide you wish to cancel outside of the Initial Cancellation Period, the following applies:
- You remain liable for the weekly rent (for each and every week or part week) until you are able to find another tenant that is acceptable to Homes for Students (it is your responsibility to find another tenant) and we are able to re-let the room
- If we are able to re-let the room we will release you from the agreement upon payment of a £250 release fee which we will recover by retaining your deposit (which will not, therefore, be returned). If you have paid a different amount as a deposit (such as £150) then this is the amount that will be retained.
1st Year Applicants Only
If you are a prospective student and your offer of a place at your preferred University/Higher Education Institution is withdrawn by the University/Higher Education Institution, you may be eligible to be released from this agreement.
To apply to be released from the agreement you will need to provide:
- Written confirmation that you wish to cancel your reservation.
- Supporting evidence from the University or UCAS.
Special conditions
You can terminate your tenancy agreement if you have an existing medical condition and this is recorded on your application prior to a room offer being made. We will require medical proof with your application and you will be liable for a minimum of 4 weeks’ rent or to the end of the current rent period, whichever is longer.
