Literally the worst experience I had in my life! There is a flea issue when I first arrived and never been solved. It’s been two years my skin is not recovered and no one feels responsible for it. The maintenance is awful and the staffs are awful. If you want the wall to be repainted, you got the white powder all over the place even your cooking pan! And they’ll tell you “You are all set” with a big smile. Student, never expect you receive your deposit on time. It’s been 5months from checking out I still don’t receive anything. If quiet hours people do not be quiet, why should you set it? Always loud music from the pool in the midnight . Also, do not send an email, you want a reply? Never! In one word, catastrophe!

As a resident that just moved in, this was one of the best apartments I have stayed in auburn . The leasing office and apartment managers were very nice and as for maintenance , they were quick and efficient when a problem arose.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and it’s progressively gone downhill every year. The gate has never worked. The maintenance staff takes weeks to do simple routine maintenance. The after hours line never works, I had a friend who’s ceiling was leaking all over her kitchen and living room and couldn’t get in contact with the office until it opened the next day. As of October 2021 the apartment complex is covered in garbage that had attracted more flies than I have ever seen in my life. The breezeways to the parking lots and sidewalks and even just the grass around the complex has garbage everywhere.
