This single room is located within a spacious three-bedroom apartment. Each room has a comfy bed and plenty of storage. The bathroom, living room with sofa, dining area, TV, and kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, crockery, and cutlery are all shared.
*This apartment can house up to 5 students.
AU$580 / week
International students can pay fortnightly when they arrive. A 1-week rent is required in advance.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the following cancellation policy will apply:
1- Visa Denied: If a student visa is rejected or the visa centre remained closed.
2- Flight Cancellation: If the student flight is cancelled due to border closure
3- Delay of the university or education service provider: If the start date of the course has been postponed to a later date.
4- Travel Ban: If there is a travel ban in the student's country or Australia preventing the student from travelling as planned.
5- Medical Condition: In the unfortunate event that the student or his close family member falls sick.
If the student circumstances fall under any of the abovementioned categories, his tenancy agreement can be cancelled as long as he/she provides us with the following information
1- Written confirmation from the student that he/she wishes to cancel his/her booking.
2- Supporting official evidence from relevant authorities regarding the reason.
Supporting evidence should be provided more than 14 days prior to the start date of the tenancy, and then the holding deposit and any initial payment will be refunded within 4 weeks.
If the evidence is not provided on time, the general cancellation policy will be applicable.
- Any cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will attract a penalty of one week's accommodation fee (holding deposit).
- Upon application, the student pays the holding deposit. This is equal to the amount of one week rent. If the applicant decides to withdraw, the holding fee is not refundable.
