IQ Parker House is a student housing in Dundee that offers studios and ensuites. Studios come in six styles; Gold Studio, Gold Studio Plus, Silver Studio, Silver Studio Plus, Bronze Studio and Bronze Studio Plus. They offer more privacy and feature a double bed, free dual occupancy, and they are newly refurbished.

As for ensuites, they come in four styles; Gold Ensuite, Silver Ensuite, Bronze Ensuite and Platinum Ensuite. They feature private rooms, small double beds, private bathrooms, and they are newly refurbished. The building also offers Two-Bed Apartments that are private and offer a double bed, a private bathroom and a TV in a shared place.

At the weekends, you may have a night out with your friends at Cineworld Dundee - Camperdown Leisure Park where you can watch the latest blockbuster movies. Another thing you can do at the weekend is to go on a shopping spree at Overgate Shopping Centre.
