Payment Terms

  1. Rent Payment Requirement
    Tenants must pay rent strictly according to the agreed payment schedule and due dates.

  2. Late Payment Fee
    If rent is not paid on time, a late fee equal to 10% of the weekly rent will be charged.

  3. Ongoing Late Payment Charges
    A late fee may be applied again for each 7-day period that the rent remains unpaid.

  4. Non-Payment Consequences
    Continued failure to pay rent may result in warnings, loss of bond, or termination of stay.

  • More than 4 weeks before check-in: All weekly fees are refunded, but the placement fee is non-refundable.
  • Less than 4 weeks before check-in: You lose the first 4 weeks’ payment and the placement fee; any additional weekly fees are refunded.
  • Less than 2 weeks before check-in: You lose the first 8 weeks’ payment and the placement fee; any additional weekly fees are refunded.
