Cancellation Policy

Before Check-in: Bookings are non-refundable unless a suitable replacement tenant is found by the student or Casita.
After Check-in: Students must complete the minimum stay. Afterwards, cancellation requires at least 21 days' written notice.
Early Termination: Remaining commitments may be waived if the provider approves a suitable replacement; otherwise, early termination fees may apply under the agreement.
