Dayman Apartments

The Dayman Apartments, the Marsfield student accommodation, offers a variety of rooms: studios and non-ensuite rooms in shared apartments. All rooms contain a study area, wardrobe, a bed (size differs based on room type). 

The Studios available are the Standard at 17 m2 with a single bed, the superior and premium at 19 m2 with a single bed, and the Deluxe studio apartment at 28 m2 with a double bed. All studios contain a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and an additional table and chair. 

The twin share apartment has all the amenities found in a superior and premium room but is shared among two students and contains two bunk beds.

The non-ensuite rooms in the five-bedroom apartment have a single bed, a study area, and a wardrobe. It shares the kitchen, bathrooms, and living area with other residents. 

The Marsfield Dayman apartments housing has a large living and dining area, both in an open-plan setting. The living room contains two sofas, a table, and a TV. The dining area includes a large dining-table fit for six people and a breakfast bar. The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, a freezer, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, kettle, ample counter space and numerous storage compartments. The apartment also has two bathrooms.
