Currently the second room is occupied by a boy, a student. Both rooms are lockable. You have just one neighbour. The flat is just for two people who may enjoy their privacy there. All windows are sound proof and theft proof, thanks to which it is a very quiet place despite convenient closeness to Warsaw's main street and all kinds of public transportation (metro, trams, buses, all within 1-3 minutes walk from the room). There is fast internet in the building with no extra charge. Our building is located in one of the best and safest Warsaw’s locations. Upper Mokotów is a green and prestigious part of Warsaw excellently connected, just minutes drive to center. Top Warsaw's Location: Mokotów District, near Metro Wilanowska (subway station) and Puławska street. Only 4 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk to tram stop in Puławska street, 10 minutes by Metro to city center, walking distance to the Mokotow business district (wittily called Mordor) and to Westfield Mokotow shopping mall . Excellent location, easy connection by public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well connected with schools and universities, e.g., Lazarski University (walking distance), Vistula University (2 metro stations), Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), SGGW (Warsaw University of Life Sciences) -3 metro stations, Warsaw University of Technology (Politechnika Warszawska) - 4 metro stations, University of Warsaw (25 minutes), Vizja University (35 minutes), Warsaw University of Fine Arts (ASP) - 35 minutes, University of Warsaw (30 minutes), Collegium Civitas (10 minutes by metro+ a short walk), Kozminski University (direct tram No 18). Please note, that as in any shared flat it is important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness and respect the others' right to resting at home. We don't make any parties in the house as Warsaw has many places to offer where you can meet friends - and have accommodation which truly allows you to rest or study here.
