Single room with roofed terrace for a girl in 4-room girls-only apartment located near Metro Wilanowska in Warsaw (subway station). The flat is fully furnished, clean and well maintained. It consists of 4 rooms (maximum 5 girls live there as one of the rooms has two beds), 2 full bathrooms (both with a shower) and a kitchen with a kitchen table, it is located on a lower ground floor . Our guests are international students /young professionals (mostly girls) who appreciate excellent location, quietness, cleanliness, safety, and standard of this place. Kitchen is modern, with all necessary appliances: oven, microwave, cooker, dishes, plates etc. Each room is bright and sunny, lockable and equipped with real bed , big wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair. Top Warsaw's Location: Mokotów District, near Metro Wilanowska (subway station) and Puławska street. Only 4 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk to tram stop in Puławska street, 10 minutes by Metro to city center, walking distance to the Mokotow business district (wittily called Mordor) and to Westfield Mokotow shopping mall . Excellent location, easy connection by public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well connected with schools and universities, e.g., Lazarski University (walking distance), Vistula University (2 metro stations), Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), SGGW -3 metro stations, Warsaw University of Technology (Politechnika Warszawska) - 4 metro stations, University of Warsaw (25 minutes), Vizja University (35 minutes), Warsaw University of Fine Arts (ASP) - 35 minutes, University of Warsaw (30 minutes), Collegium Civitas (10 minutes by metro+ a short walk), Koźminski University (direct tram No 18). Upper Mokotów is prestigious and one of the most desirable districts to live in Warsaw. Many nice events take place regularly in the vicinity, e.g. every Friday in summer, open-air dance parties in Królikarnia Park, every Saturday in summer jazz concerts in Dreszera Park, and every Sunday from spring till mid-autumn, the Breakfast Market (public food market with delicacies) in the park just 2 minutes walk from the flat. The building is surrounded by the garden with a fish pond where you can relax . Everything you need is within a walking distance – shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, well equipped gyms, bike paths, cinema, shopping malls, etc. There is fast internet in our building. Weekly cleaning of shared parts is provided by the landlord (with no extra charge for you), however please note that as in any shared flat it is important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness and respect others' right to peaceful stay at home. People do not make noise here, clean after themselves and keep shared parts of the flat clean . We particularly invite these people who wish to stay in a quiet and clean home and who understand that in a shared flat all tenants must participate in maintaining cleanliness. We don't make parties in the house as Warsaw has many places where you can meet friends - and have this accommodation which truly allows you to rest or study here. It is not allowed to smoke here.
