When is the payment due?
The payment to Pepe Housing is due when your booking is completed. You will be informed of the applicable fee before you finalise your booking.

Will I be told about any booking fees before making a reservation?
Yes. Pepe Housing will provide information about the applicable fee during the booking process before your reservation is completed. You will also receive confirmation of the fee by email after booking.

What does the booking fee cover?
The fee covers services provided by Pepe Housing, including reviewing available offers, contacting the host, helping establish the booking terms, assessing whether the accommodation meets your expectations, and managing the booking process.

How is the first month’s rent paid to the landlord?
If no objection is raised within the specified period, the amount received for the first month’s rent will be transferred to the landlord within two business days after the objection period ends.

Is the booking fee separate from my rent?
The fee payable to Pepe Housing is separate from the rent agreed with the landlord. The applicable fee will be clearly communicated to you before you complete your booking.

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking by emailing to request a cancellation. Your cancellation takes effect when the request is received.

How far in advance do I need to cancel to receive a full refund?
If you cancel 60 or more calendar days before your rental start date, you will receive a full refund of the payment made for the booking.

What happens if I cancel less than 60 days before my rental start date?
If you cancel less than 60 calendar days before your rental start date, the booking fee will be retained, and an amount equivalent to one month’s rent will be transferred to the landlord.

What happens if the landlord cancels my booking?
If the landlord cancels your booking less than 60 days before your rental start date, you will receive a full refund of the payment made for the booking.

How do I request a cancellation?
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email. Your cancellation will be effective once the request is received at the email address specified in the booking terms.
